KUALA LUMPUR – Affin Hwang Asset Management Berhad (“Affin Hwang AM” or the “Company”) successfully hosted its annual investment forum for the year 2016, titled ‘Outlook and Opportunities’. The Forum, held on 7 May 2016, at Connexion@Nexus, Bangsar South City, was well received with more than 650 participants.
At the forum, the participants had the opportunity to gain insights into domestic and global market scenarios through a series of individual presentations by the local and international investment experts, consisting of Charlene Huang, Co-Head of APAC – Global Multi-Managers & Securities, Global Real Estate of UBS Asset Management, Naoki Kamiyama, Chief Strategist of Nikko Asset Management, Li Yifei, Director & Head of BlackRock South East Asia Retail Distribution Business and Teng Chee Wai, Managing Director of Affin Hwang Asset Management Berhad.
The experts discussed on market volatility, global recovery and growth, divergence in monetary policies, interest rates, currencies, equities and fixed income sectors, real estate investing as well as investment opportunities for the remaining 2016.
