Positions Available :

Executive, Group Corporate Communications


  • Provide guidance to Business and Support units on the correct use of the Brand; and provide inputs to internal stakeholders on enhancing the client / customer experience of the Brand;
  • Assist and support The Group’s media relations initiatives i.e. news, features, interviews, press releases, speeches etc;
  • Assist and support the development of communication and engagement initiatives for the overall internal corporate activities;
  • Assist and support the Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) strategies and sponsorship plans in alignment with (and maximising the visibility of) The Group brand;
  • Assist and support The Group’s special projects initiatives, as and when required;
  • Assist and support in managing the related agencies and vendors, as well as maintaining the working relationships and monitoring the results and;
  • General assistance and administrative support for the team and Department.


  • Bachelor degree and/or professional qualification in a relevant discipline (preferably in Mass Communications, Marketing, or equivalent);
  • Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in relevant field;
  • Possess a pleasant personality and able to work collaboratively across business areas, while developing strong working relationships to ensure that common goals are met;
  • Demonstrates good work ethics, and ability to meet progressive performance targets;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to interact and influence different levels of stakeholders;
  • Good project planning and management skills; applies conceptual and analytical thinking to problem solving and
  • Design and copy writing skills will be an additional advantage.

Executive/Manager, Personal Wealth Business

(To be based in Kuala Lumpur/Petaling Jaya)


  • To manage clients investment portfolio;
  • To source and generate new business leads to increase market share;
  • To achieve set Key Performance Standard;
  • To identify & tailor investment products/solutions to meet new/existing clients’ financial needs;
  • To proactively participate in sales campaigns to achieve set objective;
  • To practice ethical selling & adhere to set compliance standard;
  • To support all marketing activities, promote sales and distribution of investment products and services and
  • To meet/exceed customer expectations through delivery of high quality after-sales service.


  • Possess a recognised Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or its equivalent
  • Preferably with working experience in related industry
  • A team player, proactive, self-starter & result orientated and
  • Good communication and presentation skills

Team Manager, Personal Wealth Business

(To be based in Kuala Lumpur)


  • To lead & manage a sales team to achieve set Team Key Performance Standard;
  • To provide sales direction and equip team members with good selling skills, client relationship building skills;
  • To initiate & identify events to promote company’s range of product offerings via exclusive talks, roadshows, investment seminars, corporate presentations;
  • To source & establish key referrors via networking to generate new business leads for team members to close sales & increase market share;
  • To guide team members to conduct regular reviews to manage clients’ investment portfolio;
  • To instill team members with good discipline and values in their daily work;
  • To set a positive working environment & to lead by example;
  • To ensure team members practise ethical selling and adhere to set compliance standards;
  • To proactively drive sales campaigns to meet set objectives;
  • To support all marketing activities, promote sales and distribution of investment products and services and
  • To meet/exceed customer expectations through delivery of high quality after-sales service.


Possess a recognised Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or its equivalent;

ETF Specialist, Product Development and Management

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work on new product (ETF) development
    • Develop strategic product ideas and business development initiatives in line with the company’s strategic plan;
    • Work and coordinate with Index Providers to identify new ETF concepts;
    • Identify product and sales trends domestically, regionally and globally;
    • Track and report on industry trends and competitor intelligence;
    • Evaluate product propositions and prepare new product pitches;
    • Prepare product term sheet/Product Detail Paper for offering documents and support Fund Submission team in drafting of offering documents and in the submission process;
    • Work collaboratively with all relevant stakeholders from idea generation/product design to launch of the product and
    • Prepare new product pitches and conduct new product training to Participating Dealers/Distributors/Partners.
  2. Drive net new assets and promote ETFs
    • Educate and train the Participating Dealers/Distributors/Partners regularly;
    • Establish and maintain a strong relationship with Participating Dealers/Market Makers/Distributors/Partners and identify opportunities to on-board new Participating Dealers/Distributors/Partners;
    • Look for new pitching angles and refresh the pitching slides for ETF positioning regularly;
    • Keep abreast of changing regulations and identify opportunities for further growth;
    • Make presentations to promote ETFs to various types of investors through roadshows, events, seminars and talks;
    • Collaborate with existing Sales Channel to promote ETFs to existing clients;
    • Provide education to a wide range of clients (institutional and retail) with varying degrees of ETF knowledge on ETF products and related capital markets information and
    • Execute sales and marketing strategies to meet predetermined targets for AUM growth.
  3. Work on various projects or campaigns, as required
    • Be involved in campaign designing and management, where required;
    • Be involved in projects, where required;
    • Be involved in setting up additional services, where required and
    • All other matters ancillary to the above including backing-up another ETF Specialist to ensure that there are proper follow-up in the absence of the other person.
  4. To perform any other related duties that Management may require from time to time.

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree and/or professional qualification in a relevant discipline;
  • 2 or more years of experience in the wealth and asset management industry at an established financial institution;
  • Possess outstanding analytical and mathematical abilities;
  • Possess strong capital market knowledge and innovative in product development;
  • Able to work independently in high pressure situations;
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills and
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, a team player who works collaboratively with others.
