Positions Available :

Executive/Manager, Personal Wealth Business

(To be based in Kuala Lumpur/Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

  • To manage clients investment portfolio;
  • To source and generate new business leads to increase market share;
  • To achieve set Key Performance Standard;
  • To identify & tailor investment products/solutions to meet new/existing clients’ financial needs;
  • To proactively participate in sales campaigns to achieve set objective;
  • To practice ethical selling & adhere to set compliance standard;
  • To support all marketing activities, promote sales and distribution of investment products and services and
  • To meet/exceed customer expectations through delivery of high quality after-sales service.

Requirements:

  • Possess a recognised Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or its equivalent
  • Preferably with working experience in related industry
  • A team player, proactive, self-starter & result orientated and
  • Good communication and presentation skills

Team Manager, Personal Wealth Business

(To be based in Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

  • To lead & manage a sales team to achieve set Team Key Performance Standard;
  • To provide sales direction and equip team members with good selling skills, client relationship building skills;
  • To initiate & identify events to promote company’s range of product offerings via exclusive talks, roadshows, investment seminars, corporate presentations;
  • To source & establish key referrors via networking to generate new business leads for team members to close sales & increase market share;
  • To guide team members to conduct regular reviews to manage clients’ investment portfolio;
  • To instill team members with good discipline and values in their daily work;
  • To set a positive working environment & to lead by example;
  • To ensure team members practise ethical selling and adhere to set compliance standards;
  • To proactively drive sales campaigns to meet set objectives;
  • To support all marketing activities, promote sales and distribution of investment products and services and
  • To meet/exceed customer expectations through delivery of high quality after-sales service.

Requirements

Possess a recognised Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or its equivalent;

  • Preferably with minimum 2 years Team Management experience in related industry;
  • A team player, proactive, and a highly result orientated individual;
  • Good communication and presentation skills and
  • Good networking is an advantage.

Executive, Middle Office

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio and index data compilation and mining;
  • Generate portfolio and benchmark return and risk analytics, attribution, composites etc;
  • Analyse performance output and produce relevant reports and charts;
  • Maintain general investment references such as approved stocks list, model portfolios etc;
  • Administer all account set up and maintenance with stockbrokers and financial institutions;
  • Manage and support systems and software such as FactSet, Bloomberg etc;
  • Coordinate the investment and performance materials for internal and external publications such as client report, fact sheets, fund financial reports etc and
  • Coordinate the relevant materials for Investment, management, board of directors, investment committee, clients etc.

Requirement

  • Graduates in actuarial science, financial engineering, mathematics and statistics;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, VBA, knowledge and strong interest in data mining, FactSet, Bloomberg and other financial systems and software;
  • Related working experience in investment risk and performance measurement analysis is preferred;
  • Good understanding of the features and methodology of investment instruments such as equities, fixed income securities etc;
  • Proficient in tabulation and analysis of performance measurement data and
  • Good knowledge on general administration of investment operations functions and procedures.

Senior Product Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages and coordinates Product development for unit trust and NDPM products;
  • Conceptualize and forming product strategies;
  • Sourcing and performing due diligence on investment products;
  • Preparation for product submission and relevant offering documents;
  • Manage and drive advisory business;
  • Provide training to respective sales channels for strategy execution;
  • Assist /support marketing activities including pitching as well as representing the Company in external events;
  • Work with investment team for idea generation;
  • Keep abreast with product landscape as well as sales trends in relevant markets and
  • Conducting fund analysis/review on both internal and peer funds.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree and/or professional qualification in relevant discipline;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in investment/capital markets with any established financial institution;
  • Possess outstanding analytical and mathematical abilities;
  • Possess in-depth market knowledge;
  • Possess excellent public presentation skills;
  • Ability to work well in collaborative environment and
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
