Positions Available :

Executive/Manager, Personal Wealth Business

(To be based in Kuala Lumpur/Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

  • To manage clients investment portfolio;
  • To source and generate new business leads to increase market share;
  • To achieve set Key Performance Standard;
  • To identify & tailor investment products/solutions to meet new/existing clients’ financial needs;
  • To proactively participate in sales campaigns to achieve set objective;
  • To practice ethical selling & adhere to set compliance standard;
  • To support all marketing activities, promote sales and distribution of investment products and services and
  • To meet/exceed customer expectations through delivery of high quality after-sales service.

Requirements:

  • Possess a recognised Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or its equivalent
  • Preferably with working experience in related industry

  • Good communication and presentation skills

Team Manager, Personal Wealth Business

(To be based in Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

  • To lead & manage a sales team to achieve set Team Key Performance Standard;
  • To provide sales direction and equip team members with good selling skills, client relationship building skills;
  • To initiate & identify events to promote company’s range of product offerings via exclusive talks, roadshows, investment seminars, corporate presentations;
  • To source & establish key referrors via networking to generate new business leads for team members to close sales & increase market share;
  • To guide team members to conduct regular reviews to manage clients’ investment portfolio;
  • To instill team members with good discipline and values in their daily work;
  • To set a positive working environment & to lead by example;
  • To ensure team members practise ethical selling and adhere to set compliance standards;
  • To proactively drive sales campaigns to meet set objectives;
  • To support all marketing activities, promote sales and distribution of investment products and services and
  • To meet/exceed customer expectations through delivery of high quality after-sales service.

Requirements

Possess a recognised Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or its equivalent;

  • Preferably with minimum 2 years Team Management experience in related industry;
  • A team player, proactive, and a highly result orientated individual;
  • Good communication and presentation skills and
  • Good networking is an advantage.

Senior Customer Care Consultant

(To be based in Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative sales support as to assist Sales Channels to meet key business objective;
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures within the department;
  • To participate in any new project that related to the department;
  • Managing sales submission and ensuring all proper documents for account opening;
  • Interact with customers to provide and information in response to enquiries, concerns and request about products, reports or services;
  • Preparing and compiling the client report or sales report on regular basis;
  • Support sales managers in terms of preparations of proposal letters/agreements, client report, trade order, client account balance, client enquiries & client servicing;
  • Participate in all sales support related functions and
  • Develop & maintain customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Banking & Finance/general education degree or equivalent with five (5) years working experience;
  • Experience in or related to the financial / asset management industry will be an added advantage;
  • Proficient in MS Office, to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel required;
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task;
  • Independent, mature, with initiative and pro-active;
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak and write local dialects will be an added advantage and
  • Pleasant personality, independent, resourceful, organized, able to manage time well and meet tight deadlines when required.

Customer Care Consultant

(To be based in Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to all enquiries and request from clients; Resolve clients’ complaints promptly, follow through to ensure that they are resolved;
  • Assist in company communique or broadcast notification via email / direct mailer;
  • Work with Client Experience Unit to ensure superior customer service is being delivered and
  • Handle projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in Banking & Finance/general education degree or equivalent with five (3) years working experience.
  • Experience in or related to the customer service industry will be an added advantage.
  • Warn, approachable, enthusiastic, helpful and professional.
  • Able to work independently, reliable and always take initiative.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and local dialects will be an added advantage and
  • Proficient in relevant computer systems and Internet applications.

Executive, Group Corporate Communications

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to Business and Support units on the correct use of the Brand; and provide inputs to internal stakeholders on enhancing the client / customer experience of the Brand;
  • Assist and support The Group’s media relations initiatives i.e. news, features, interviews, press releases, speeches etc;
  • Assist and support the development of communication and engagement initiatives for the overall internal corporate activities;
  • Assist and support the Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) strategies and sponsorship plans in alignment with (and maximising the visibility of) The Group brand;
  • Assist and support The Group’s special projects initiatives, as and when required;
  • Assist and support in managing the related agencies and vendors, as well as maintaining the working relationships and monitoring the results and;
  • General assistance and administrative support for the team and Department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree and/or professional qualification in a relevant discipline (preferably in Mass Communications, Marketing, or equivalent);
  • Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in relevant field;
  • Possess a pleasant personality and able to work collaboratively across business areas, while developing strong working relationships to ensure that common goals are met;
  • Demonstrates good work ethics, and ability to meet progressive performance targets;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to interact and influence different levels of stakeholders;
  • Good project planning and management skills; applies conceptual and analytical thinking to problem solving and
  • Design and copy writing skills will be an additional advantage.
