The Fund will provide access into a diversified investment portfolio with a mixture of Australian equities, fixed income instruments as well as money market instruments. The Fund’s primary investments in Australian fixed income instruments would consist of government and corporate bonds. For money market instruments, the Fund will invest in Repo, deposits with financial institutions and commercial papers. It is envisaged that these investments would generate consistent and regular income. Investments in high dividend Australian equities are expected to enhance income and returns to the Fund.
The Fund’s asset allocation range is as follows: Australian fixed income instruments – Minimum 70% of the NAV of the Fund and Australian equities – Maximum 30% of the NAV of the Fund. The Manager will also maintain a sufficient level of cash or cash equivalent for liquidity purposes.

RM1,000 (RM Class) / AUD5,000 (AUD Class) (subject to change at Manager’s discretion).

RM100 (RM Class) / AUD1,000 (AUD Class) (subject to change at Manager’s discretion).
FEES & CHARGES
Sales Charge per Unit
Maximum 3.00% on the NAV per Unit of the Fund. Investors may negotiate for a lower Sales Charge.
Annual Management Fee
1.50% per annum of the GAV of the Fund.
Trustee Fee / Custodian fee
0.08% per annum of the GAV of the Fund, subject to a minimum fee of RM18,000 per annum (excluding foreign custodian fees and charges).
RM 5.00 per transfer
The fees applicable to each switching type have been set by the Manager as follows (subject to Manager’s discretion): 1) Switching between Class(es) of the Fund Investors are entitled to two (2) free switching transactions per calendar year per account when switching between the Classes of the Fund. A switching fee of up to 1% of the NAV per Unit of each Class will be charged for any further switching transactions. 2) Switching between this Fund and other funds managed by the Manager A maximum of 1% of the NAV per Unit switched out of the Fund within the first six (6) months from the date of investment by the Unit Holders.
Performance Fee and Hurdle Value
1.00% of NAV per Unit for any repurchase request of Units within the first six (6) months from the date of investment by the Unit Holders.
