The Fund endeavors to provide steady income distribution through investments primarily in SGD-denominated assets.

Suitable for investors who want exposure primarily to SGD-denominated assets, expect to receive steady income distribution, have a moderate risk appetite and expect incidental growth in capital.
The Fund will provide access into a diversified investment portfolio consisting primarily SGD-denominated assets. The Fund’s investments in fixed income instruments would consist of mainly government and corporate bonds. It is envisaged that these investments would generate steady and regular income for the Fund. For money market instruments, the Fund will invest in Repo, deposits with financial institutions and commercial papers. In addition, the Fund will also invest in equities with the anticipation to gain income from dividends.
The Fund’s asset allocation range is as follows: Fixed income and money market instruments – Minimum 60% to maximum of 100% of the NAV of the Fund and Equities – Minimum of 0% to maximum of 40% of the NAV of the Fund. Please note that the Manager will maintain a minimum of 75% of the NAV of the Fund in SGD-denominated assets and the remaining shall be invested in non SGD-denominated assets. The Manager will also maintain a sufficient level of cash or cash equivalent for liquidity purposes.
Minimum Initial Investment
RM1,000 (RM Class) / SGD 5,000 (SGD Class) (subject to change at Manager’s discretion).

RM100 (RM Class) / SGD1,000 (SGD Class) (subject to change at Manager’s discretion).
FEES & CHARGES
Sales Charge per Unit
Maximum 3.00% on the NAV per Unit of the Fund. Investors may negotiate for a lower Sales Charge.
Annual Management Fee
1.50% per annum of the GAV of the Fund calculated and accrued daily using the Fund’s Base Currency.
Trustee Fee / Custodian fee
0.08% per annum of the GAV of the Fund subject to a minimum of RM18,000 per annum calculated and accrued daily (excluding foreign custodian fees and charges) using the Fund’s Base Currency. Please note that the “Base Currency” is in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
RM 5.00 per transfer
The fees applicable to each switching type have been set by the Manager as follows (subject to Manager’s discretion): 1) Switching between Class(es) of the Fund, investors are entitled to two (2) free switching transactions per calendar year per account when switching between the Classes of the Fund. A switching fee of up to 1% of the NAV per Unit of each Class will be charged for any further switching transactions. 2) Switching between this Fund and other funds managed by the Manager so long as the currency is the same, a switching fee of up to 1% of the NAV per Unit of the Class switch out will be charged for switching out from the Fund to any other fun managed by the Manager within the first six (6) months from the date of investment by the Unit Holders.
Performance Fee and Hurdle Value
1.00% of NAV per Unit for any repurchase request of Units within the first six (6) months from the date of investment by the Unit Holders.
