    The PRS Go Go Go Campaign (“Campaign”) is hosted by Affin Hwang Asset Management Berhad (“Affin Hwang AM”).

    1.  Participation in this Campaign shall be deemed as acceptance to the Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) stated herein, as well as consent to the use of the Participant’s personal information in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Non-compliance with or a breach of any of these T&C may result in the disqualification of the Participant at any stage of the Contest; and prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
    2. Participant affirms the accuracy of all information provided at the time of Campaign entry. Misrepresentation of any facts or personal particulars (deemed material by Affin Hwang AM) shall result in disqualification and / or the forfeiture, withholding, withdrawal, or reclaiming of any prizes won. 
    3. Affin Hwang AM and its respective employees, directors, parent, affiliates and representatives assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses, or injury arising directly or indirectly from this Campaign and / or acceptance or use / misuse of a prize. If applicable, all warranty claims with regards to a prize should be directed to the applicable manufacturer. Except to the extent that they may not be excluded by law, no representations, warranties, terms or conditions that are not expressly stated herein apply to this Campaign nor its prizes. All implied warranties of the prizes are excluded, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
    4. The Campaign will commence on 1 September 2020 and conclude on 20 December 2020 at 11:59:59 PM (“Campaign Period”). Investments made after the Campaign Period will not be eligible for Campaign participation.
    5. In order to be eligible for Campaign participation, the investment submission must be successfully processed and approved by Affin Hwang AM within the Campaign Period. An official receipt will be issued by Affin Hwang AM for every approved transaction and will be deemed as a Successful Transaction.
    6. The following will NOT be considered as a Successful Transaction:
      1. Investors exercised their cooling-off rights;
      2. Switching from an existing investment to another fund / scheme;
      3. Refunded, cancelled or rejected applications;
      4. Investments made via Salary Deduction; and
      5. Private Retirement Scheme (“PRS”) investments via Corporate Vesting.
    7. Campaign Mechanics:
      1. To be eligible for the Lucky Draw, Participants are required to invest in any PRS provided by Affin Hwang AM as explained below. For every Successful Transaction during the Campaign Period, investors will receive Lucky Draw token(s).
      2. Multiple investments by each investor during the campaign month will be considered as one (1) successful transaction only. Multiple investments by each investor during the campaign month will be considered as one (1) successful transaction only.
      3. A total of fifty (50) Lucky Draw winners will be selected over the Campaign Period. 
      4. There will be a total of five (5) Grand Draw prizes and fourty-five (45) Consolation Draw prizes to be given away throughout the entire Campaign Period.
        1. The five (5) Grand Draw prizes consist of Multifunctional Kitchen Appliance (x1), Branded Electronic Appliance (x1) and Gaming Console (x1), mystery gift worth up to RM1,000 and mystery gift worth up to RM500 (x1).
        2. The fourty-five (45) Consolation Draw prizes consist of e-voucher worth RM200 (x5) and e-voucher worth up to RM50 (x40).
      5. Each eligible Participant is only entitled to win only one (1) of the prizes. No multiple wins/prizes/entitlements/gifts allowed.
      6. Winners from the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.
      7. Winners from the Campaign will be announced on 29 January 2021 (“Announcement Date”). The name of all the winners will be published on Affin Hwang AM’s website or in any form of method or medium that Affin Hwang AM may choose. 
      8. Eligible winners will receive the prize within thirty (30) working days after the Announcement Date via Short Message Service (“SMS”) from Affin Hwang AM to their registered mobile phone number maintained in the Affin Hwang AM system. 
      9. Affin Hwang AM is not liable to meet the total number of winner(s) if all attempts have been exhausted to fulfil the winners’ selection.
    8. By participating in this Campaign, Participants agree to allow Affin Hwang AM to use, promote and publish their identity and answers for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensations or prior notice.
    9. All prizes are fully sponsored and paid for by Affin Hwang AM. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Affin Hwang AM accepts no responsibility for any tax or other liability that may arise from the prize winnings. In the event that a prize is not available despite Affin Hwang AM’s reasonable endeavours to procure the prize, Affin Hwang AM reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal recommended retail value.
    10. Affin Hwang AM reserves the right to add, amend, and remove any of the Terms & Conditions stated herein without prior notice and at its sole and absolute discretion.

Successful Transaction Month

Invest a minimum of RM100 via Private Retirement Portfolio (“PRP”) during the Campaign Period
Invest a minimum of RM3,000 via SmartSave Plan (“SSP”) in any Affin Hwang PRS from 5 January 2020 to 20 December 2020

Teng Chee Wai is the founder of Affin Hwang Asset Management Berhad (Affin Hwang AM). Over the past decade, he has built the Company to be the fastest growing and only independent investment management house in Malaysia’s top three, with an excess of RM47 billion in assets under management as at 31 December 2018.​

​In his capacity as Managing Director / Executive Director, Teng manages the overall business and strategic direction as well as the management of the investment team. His hands-on approach sees him actively involved in investments, product development and marketing. Teng’s critical leadership and regular participation in reviewing and assessing strategies and performance has been pivotal in allowing the Company to successfully navigate the economically turbulent decade.

Teng’s investment management experience spans more than 20 years, and his key area of expertise is in managing absolute return mandates for insurance assets and investment-linked funds in both Singapore and Malaysia. Prior to his current appointments, he was the Assistant General Manager (Investment) of Overseas Assurance Corporation (OAC) and was responsible for the investment function of the Group Overseas Assurance Corporation Ltd.​

​Teng began his career in the financial industry as an Investment Manager with NTUC Income, Singapore. He is a Bachelor of Science graduate from the National University of Singapore and has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Actuarial Studies from City University in London.
